I've struggled enormously with what I would like my blog to be about and then I asked myself why did I even attempt to start my own blog
separate from previous one’s I've contributed to?
Productive boredom.
This post will be my way of committing to post until I guess I
figure out the "preference" of the blog I would like. But right now an
undefined blog is an adventure I am more than willing to embrace.
With that said I would like to share and start with my New Year's
Resolution of sorts.
Simplicity! I believe a resolution is an idea that should start
immediately or planned in a way you can begin as soon as possible; it’s not
just for the beginning of the year.
Procrastination is so deadly I try my
best to figure out a better and faster way to do everything
from transportation to my routine at my job every day. And when I'm
late or something doesn't go right I think back on what could have been done differently?
How can I improve? This is so much more positive than wondering why I had made
that dumb decision. Or what's wrong with me?
I've learned focusing on the negative is not the answer. I need to just
find a solution.
So in the spirit
of practicing simplicity I would love to share my experiments for the
simple lifestyle I have begun but have not fully implemented which I don't
mind because I am still learning. What matters is I started. Please check below
and tell me what you think.
First
Experimental idea: Since I did not have this type of container, above, a few
weeks ago to steam my favorite Shu Mai dumplings from my local Japanese Store
around the corner from my job my co-worker (who's not really my co-worker but
since she's the sweetest for visiting the office when she can she is definitely
the unofficial employee who needs to start getting a check for how often we see
her! She's awesome!) told me about; I had to figure this out.
Nothing was going to get in the way of my Shu Mai dumplings for
lunch.
